It’s been about a year since Mike went to see the chiropractor, Katharine Conable. Our finances have been sagging, to say the least. So we went for a nutrition check yesterday. She muscle-tested his supplements to see what still works for him.

However, Mike DID overcome his anxiety enough to go on a camping trip as a high school PE class credit. He wanted the credit, not having to dress out, more than he was afraid of canoeing. The trip involved four nights of river camping, and at least three days of paddling in a canoe on the Current River. Now, that sounds like heaven to me, but not to him. So, he accomplished the trip, despite anxiety. I am proud of him.
